When you request a Topical Audit or contact us, we may collect your name, work email, company or organization, website URL, and the information you include in your message.

- Assess whether a Topical Audit is appropriate for the site.
- Communicate about work you ask us to consider.
- Protect the form and website from abuse.
Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Website and security data
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, request timing, and security signals needed to deliver the website and prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the audit form.
Optional website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this website. Google Analytics may process information about pages viewed, referrals, interactions, approximate location, and browser or device characteristics. We use this information to evaluate and improve the website.

Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is processed by the following service providers on our behalf:
- Formspree receives the submitted form, emails it to us and stores a copy in our account.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the Turnstile check that protects the form.
- Google provides Google Analytics only after you consent to analytics.
These providers may process information in the United States, so information sent from outside the United States may be transferred there. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights and users.
Retention
Form submissions are emailed to us and are also retained in our Formspree account. We do not store them in a separate website database. We keep inquiry emails and Formspree records only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
